Suganya a teacher

                     Letter to my sir Dear Ravi Narayanan  sir ,        I m  SUGANYA     from  Tamilnadu,  Thiruvarur district ,mannargudi block ,  P.U.P.School, Vakkottai  . I  have been working as a teacher past 8 years. I m handling 1-3 classes . I have 2 girl babies .One of my baby is with me and another one is in my moms care.                Actually at first i dont want to become a teacher but after a year i decided i have to do something which can enlighten everyone of my children's life . But i dont know how to do that . i couldnt fulfill my expectations till now .                         I always like to smile and spread good vibration. Toipic :             Improve students skill of writing sentences on their own  Introduction:                         My  exploratory  research  has  shown  the  precise  issues  I  have  with  teaching  and  learning  in  my  classroom. I  made  an  effort  to  remove  any  barriers  between  myself  and  my  classroom  after  that. Action research process :               From my Exploratary reasearch i find out that students may know vocabulary but due to lack of confident and lack of practice they are not trying to write the sentences in English . Topic : Childrens aren't able to write their own simple sentences  Rational : As they are third standard, it is a needy to write on their own . I select this topic because I wanna know where the lack is happening . If they have the confident to write their own with simple sentences, it will be a good starting of their writting journey . They are blooming blossoms in this stage they should have start their own writings, even it is simple structure they should start .  Research questions :        1.
